Greenwise Construction: Experts in Home Renovation
Established over 30 years ago, Greenwise Construction started as a collaborative effort by four brothers - Daniel, Mauricio, Orlando, and Alfredo Chavez. Each brother brings a unique skill set to the business. Daniel specializes in plumbing, painting, and electrical work, Mauricio is an expert woodworker and carpenter, Orlando is an active landscaper, and Alfredo excels in home framing. One of our notable projects was the renovation of Jane's House, a Hollywood Landmark and the last surviving Victorian Cottage on Hollywood Boulevard. We have also worked on renovations in prestigious areas like the Hollywood Hills, Malibu, La Canada, and Beverly Hills. Today, we continue our collaborative work, now with the addition of Daniel's son, Andy Chavez, in the Los Angeles area.

General Contractor & Designer
Andy leads each project from the first contact with clients, through the estimating stage and design phases, to finalizing details and/or city building officials until Project completion. Andy's design and architectural background produces insightfully organic and innovative designs. With over 15 years of construction and design experience, clients can count on Andy for advice and assistance in ensuring that every project meets all desired expectations.
Daniel Chavez
Project Manager
Daniel has over 35 years of residential construction experience; specializing in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. With the greatest amount of experience and impeccable craftsmanship, Daniel continues to lead the Greenwise Construction team for each project through completion. Clients and staff can always rely on Daniel to answer any questions throughout construction and he continues to be an invaluable asset to the team.
